Privacy policy
Effective October 12, 2026. This notice distinguishes device-local practice from server-side membership and recovery services. Published paid features are not proof that checkout is open.
Local practice data
This browser stores language, check-in goals, experience, available minutes, mood, anxiety or distress, sleep, energy, notes, program progress and practice completions. Local circles use example members, not synchronized people. Offline audio, when entitled and available, is saved in this browser. These records are not restored by membership recovery and are not a cloud backup. Avoid medical records, secrets and details about other people.
Membership and recovery
When enabled, server-side membership services store plan and billing status, Stripe customer and subscription references, access credentials, recovery challenges, email lookup identifiers and recovery-email delivery records in a database. Recovery requests use email and IP-derived security identifiers for abuse prevention. Support receives the email and details you choose to send. Recovery restores access, not local practice history.
Providers and cookies
Stripe handles payment details when checkout is available; CONA does not store complete card numbers. Resend delivers requested recovery email when configured. Vercel hosts the site and may process IP address, browser, request paths and error or security logs. Essential cookies bind checkout to a browser and maintain membership or recovery access; language and practice preferences use local storage. Providers may process data in other countries.
Analytics and automation
Practice analytics means your locally stored completion history, not audience tracking. No optional audience analytics channel is enabled here. Daily routing uses explicit local rules, not a generative AI model, clinical assessment or monitoring by a professional. Hosting and abuse-prevention logs still exist even without audience analytics.
Controls and retention
You can skip check-ins, change local preferences and clear site data in browser settings. Remove downloaded audio from the offline library; clearing browser storage can remove history and access, so keep a recovery code securely if you have membership. Local storage may also be evicted by the browser. For access, correction or deletion of server-side or support data, email us. Some billing, security, dispute or legally required records may need to remain; no universal deletion period is promised. Deleting browser data does not cancel a subscription or delete server records.
