Between classes · 30 days
Practice a 30-day daily return: notice the distracting car and return to the activity you selected.
30 days of one-task returns
Begin with a seven-day introduction between classes and assignments: five attention moves, two- to five-minute Spanish recordings, and an intention, everyday action, and optional reflection each day. Days 8–30 continue the Highway return. Repeat or pause whenever you need; no grades or performance promises.
For study days and ordinary transitions. Reflection is optional: think it through or use your own notebook; CONA does not collect these answers. Progress stays in this browser. Day 1 audio is free; protected days and enrollment require Programs (including Mexico/student) or Guide. English narration is pending.
These are practice sequences, not promised outcomes. CONA is meditation education, not therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or medical care.

Day 1 · week 1
Highway Basics
Intention: arrive before beginning an assignment. Action: listen to the five-minute introduction in a safe, stationary place. Notice a thought-car, then return to the whole road. Afterwards, choose one small next step: open the reading or write its title. Reflection: what pulled your attention, and what did you choose to return to?

Day 2 · week 1
Simple Count · Use now
Intention: begin again between two classes. Action: use the two-minute counting practice. If you lose the count, begin at one without grading yourself. Then read one instruction for your next class before opening another tab. Reflection: what was it like to restart without correcting the previous attempt?

Day 3 · week 1
Contact Points · Use now
Intention: notice support before sitting down to read. Action: take two minutes to notice feet, seat, and hands; adjust your position if you need to. Afterwards, choose one paragraph and read it at your own pace. Reflection: which point of contact was easiest to notice? No particular sensation is required.

Day 4 · week 1
Sound Horizon · Use now
Intention: practice with the sounds already around you. Action: from a safe place, listen to the two-minute practice: nearest sound, farthest sound, whole field. Do not try to silence the room. Then return to one line of your notes. Reflection: could you notice a sound without having to name or change it?

Day 5 · week 1
Before the Next Word · Use now
Intention: pause before replying to a classmate. Action: listen to the two-minute practice. Remember the person, offer one uncomplicated good wish, then return to the conversation. Before sending a project message, reread it once and check that your request is clear. Reflection: what did you notice in the pause? You do not need to share anything personal.

Day 6 · week 1
Return to the Whole Road
Intention: return after an interruption during an assignment. Action: set aside five minutes for the Highway return. Afterwards, locate the exact sentence, exercise, or step where you stopped. Resume that one step rather than reorganizing the whole day. Reflection: what cue helped you find your place again, even if attention wandered more than once?

Day 7 · week 1
Simple Count · Use now
Intention: close the first week without scoring your performance. Action: repeat the two-minute count. Recall the five moves you tried and choose one cue to use before an ordinary task next week. You can continue with day 8 or repeat a day at your own pace. Reflection: which practice would you choose again, and in what everyday situation? A missed day is not a failure.
